Prickly Pink Collection

The Prickly Pink Collection is dyed with color straight from the desert—literally. I used cochineal insects from prickly pear cacti to create a rich pink dye, applied using a hand-drawn cactus stencil and traditional Batik techniques. Inspired by Tucson’s fiery sunsets and saguaro-studded landscapes, each piece is tied, dyed, and unwrapped to reveal a one-of-a-kind burst of desert magic.
