Can I return my order?
Yes — if something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure they’re unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email rasa@rasamilo.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll walk you through the simple steps!
Are all items returnable?
Not all, the following are final sale:

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We’ll fix it right away — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. (Shipping costs are non-refundable.)
Can I exchange my item instead of getting a refund?
Absolutely! If we have the piece available, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit toward something new you’ll love.
