Shipping Policy

At Rasa Milo, everything is made and shipped with care. Because our collections combine handmade originals and print-on-demand items, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on what you purchase.


📦 Where Your Order Ships From

1. Shawls & Original Artwork
Each shawl and painting is packed and shipped directly from my studio in the U.S. Every piece is handled with care, wrapped beautifully, and includes a personal note. Shawls and original artwork are shipped using the best available carrier to ensure safe and timely delivery. International shipping is available — please allow extra time for transit and customs processing.

2. Glicee Prints
Fine art prints are produced and shipped by a trusted U.S. printing partner for professional quality and archival results.

3. Clothing, Bags & Accessories
Apparel, totes, and other wearable designs are made to order through Printful — an eco-conscious fulfillment partner with production facilities in the U.S. and other countries. Your items ship directly from the Printful factory closest to you to reduce waste and transit time.


🚚 Processing & Delivery Times

Studio-shipped items (shawls, original paintings):
• Ship within 3–5 business days.
• During preorders or knit-to-order launches, please allow 4–6 weeks.

Printful items (clothing, bags):
• Ship within 5–10 business days after production.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location.

If your order contains items from both categories, they may arrive in separate packages and have different delivery dates.


🌎 Shipping Locations & International Orders

U.S. Orders: Ship via USPS, UPS, or Printful’s selected carriers.
International Orders: We gladly ship shawls, original artwork, and Printful items worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs procedures.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Rasa Milo is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services once a package leaves the United States.


💕 Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once each package ships. If your order includes multiple items, you’ll get a separate tracking number for each shipment.


📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact rasa@rasamilo.com within 7 days of delivery.
• For shawls, original artwork, and studio items: we’ll handle the claim directly.
• For Printful items: we’ll work with Printful to replace or resolve the issue quickly.


🎁 Gift Orders

If your order is a gift, I can include a handwritten note for shawls and original artwork — just leave your message at checkout.
